Due to the ongoing case growth of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to reach out to you to express our concerns and inform you of our increased frequency in our regular daily operations to keep our store and pet hospital clean and sanitized.
We have been and have increased our practice in completing these tasks:
- Cleaning and disinfecting exam rooms, countertops, tabletops, grooming tables, kennels and enclosures
- Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and kennels in our pet hospital and
- Wiping down and disinfecting doorknobs and handles
As always, we provide hand sanitizer throughout our facility for our customers and associates. We also support our associates to stay home if they are feeling unwell.
As pet parents we understand your concern about your pets spreading COVID-19. To date, there is no evidence that they can (according to CDC guidance). We encourage you to visit these links about the latest information about COVID-19 and pets:
We will remain open for business and also have the option of Curbside Pickup available. All you need to do is call us with your shopping list and we will get it ready for you. Payment can be made over the phone. If there’s a product we do not have in stock, we can place a Special Order for you!
